This is a permanent, full time Monday to Friday role. This position can either be based in our Sydney Olympic Park, NSW or Hobart/Margate, TAS offices.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Support end-to-end payroll activities across weekly and fortnightly pay cycles
- Collaborate on payroll-related projects and process improvements
- Engage with stakeholders across the business to deliver exceptional service
- Interpret enterprise agreements, awards, policies, and legislation
- Ensure compliance with tax and superannuation regulations
- Use payroll systems such as Chris21 and Dayforce, with intermediate Excel skills
- Contribute to the implementation of our new HRIS system
What we are looking for
- An eye for detail and commitment to compliance, combined with experience working in a dynamic business
- Keen sense and passion for customer service, ideally you will have experience in fast pace, high-volume weekly and fortnightly pays in a full function payroll environment, you will engage with stakeholders across the business
- Proficient with interpretation of enterprise agreements, award, policies, and legislation
- Experience in tax and superannuation legislations
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Your adaptability to use various payroll and time in attendance systems like Chris21, Dayforce and intermediate skills in Excel
