About the Role
We're seeking an experienced project manager to lead capital and operational projects at our terminal. This is a 2-year opportunity to drive infrastructure improvements, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery, budget adherence, and achievement of project objectives.

* Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of terminal-based infrastructure projects
* Coordinate internal teams and external contractors to ensure project milestones are achieved
* Track budgets, prepare cost estimates, and manage procurement and contracts
* Maintain up-to-date project documentation, reports, and meeting records
* Conduct performance reviews of suppliers and manage stakeholder expectations
* Identify and mitigate project risks and escalate issues where required
* Ensure timely communication and progress reporting to leadership teams
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
A minimum of 3 years' experience in project management or a similar role. Tertiary qualifications in Construction, Project Management, Asset Management, or Business are desirable. Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello) is also essential.
Strong organisational and stakeholder engagement skills are necessary for this role, as well as experience in managing budgets, schedules, and risk. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are also required.
