In this role you\'ll be
supporting our Warehouse Team Leader
with coaching and mentoring a team of Storepersons and Clothing Facilitators to drive their success.

Key activities
Lead and manage the warehouse & embellishment team to deliver results.
Oversee daily operations, ensuring labour performance targets are met.
Collaborate with internal and external sales teams to support growth strategies, provide accurate information, and ensure service KPIs are consistently achieved
Maintain accurate customer and production data, support operational KPIs, and ensure equipment is used safely and efficiently.
Monitor staffing rosters for optimal operations, support recruitment and training needs, and contribute to team performance reviews.
Actively participate to ensure a safe working environment for all, monitoring and reporting on Work Health & Safety compliance
What you'll bring with you:
Warehouse/Operations/Supply Chain & Logistics experience (preferred)
A genuine desire to grow into a long-term management career
Strong leadership and communication skills - both written and verbal
Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to prioritise effectively
Solid problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Proficiency in computer systems, especially MS Excel and Dynamics (preferred)
A customer-first mindset and commitment to service excellence
Passion for continuous improvement and innovation
Strong commitment to safety, wellbeing, and compliance
Current WA Drivers License (preferred)
