Global S&C;PiPPerformance Strategy Manager
This role is with our Partners in Performance team, part of Accenture. Partners in Performance is a global management consulting firm focused on human performance. The team works with clients across the ANZ region in areas such as business improvement, strategic sourcing, capital portfolio optimisation, and commercial due diligence. As a manager you will lead engagements, coach a team of Senior Associates, Associates and/or Business Analysts, and ensure delivery and client collaboration throughout the end‑to‑end process.
Responsibilities
Lead engagements in business improvement, strategic sourcing, capital portfolio optimisation, and commercial due diligence across the ANZ region.
Manage and coach a team of Senior Associates, Associates and/or Business Analysts.
Own engagement delivery, ensuring alignment with client expectations and schedule.
Maintain client relationships, coaching and influencing senior managers.
Deliver an end‑to‑end process and maintain ownership throughout.
Qualifications & Experience
Outstanding academic results.
University degree or equivalent with robust emphasis on quantitative skills in fields such as engineering, commerce, economics, mathematics or science.
MBA is an advantage; double or postgraduate degrees are highly regarded.
Demonstrated passion for results with a track record of achieving tough targets under pressure.
Excellent problem‑solving skills, including structuring and prioritising effort and identifying root causes.
Solid interpersonal skills – ability to coach, influence, build trust with senior managers and develop team members.
Propensity to mentor junior consultants and guide them to deliver results.
Effective communication skills – ability to construct compelling arguments supported by facts.
Ability to influence, multitask and manage expectations and deadlines.

Consulting experience within a Tier 1 strategy firm.
