Restaurant Manager Role
We are seeking a seasoned Restaurant Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences.
Main Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily restaurant operations, focusing on guest satisfaction and team performance.
* Train, develop, and mentor staff to ensure consistent service standards.
* Contribute to new employee onboarding and induction processes.
* Optimise seating and manage yield to maximise revenue opportunities.
* Be present during service periods to support team members and address guest needs.
* Handle guest inquiries, requests, and feedback efficiently, escalating concerns as necessary.
Key Requirements:
* Minimum 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience with a proven track record of leading larger teams.
* Good understanding of local and international wines.
* Flexibility across 7 days, including AM and PM shifts.
* Excellent communication skills.
This is a hands-on role with a strong service focus, where you will lead by example while driving team excellence and upholding high standards.
