Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
* Participating in an 18-month Graduate Development Program with structured modules, practical workshops, and clinical placements.
* Managing consulting, surgical, and medical cases at a pace suited to individual confidence and experience.
* Collaborating with experienced in‑clinic teams, mentors, and a Regional Clinical Director.
* Engaging with a cohort of graduate peers for networking and support.
* Attending the annual Greencross Clinical Conference, Australia's largest veterinary clinical symposium.
* Exploring clinical placements in Specialty & Emergency hospitals, the RSPCA, and international or charitable placements through the Petbarn Foundation.
* Contributing to a supportive, inclusive, and diverse clinic environment.

* A veterinary degree recognized by the Australasian Veterinary Board Council.
