About Our Role
With growth to more than 120 fantastic personnel, a vibrant office environment and some great examples of high-quality project delivery we are positively looking forward to further sustainable expansion in our Southbank office in 2025.
We believe that our structure and benefits stand us in a great position to offer a unique opportunity to an Intermediate to Senior level Building Structures engineer who is looking to develop their career in project leadership, personnel management and understand more about business and long-term ownership whilst delivering some great projects.
About You
* Extensive post Graduate experience within the project leadership and detailed design of complex structural designs across a range of Structures including:
* Defence Infrastructure
* Commercial Buildings
* Education, Health and Aged Care
* Energy
* Proven experience in liaising with Clients and external stakeholders to build positive relationships within the Melbourne buildings market
* Desire to mentor and develop more junior engineers
* CPEng Accreditation or progressing towards
