AimBig Employment services support individuals who are facing barriers to find meaningful employment. It currently operates under two Federal government contracts: WorkForce Australia and Disability Employment services. This position has become available due to the New Disability Employment services contract, which will be operational soon. This position will operate as part of a broader project team.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and oversee the facility-related project stream, including the identification and fit-out of new sites and modification of existing sites as required.
* Ensure all regulatory and contract requirements are met in relation to facilities, including security considerations and a maintenance strategy.
* Work with key project streams including IT and marketing to coordinate key installations.
* Manage contractor/vendor arrangements as required.
* Budget management.
Above all, you will be accountable to ensure that the facilities arm of the project supports the delivery by our front-line staff of exceptional services to our job seeker clients.
About You
To excel in this role you will bring:
* 10 plus years of experience in facilities management or a related field.
* Proven track record in overseeing projects of large scale in acquiring facilities nationally in a short period of time.
* Strong project management and budgeting skills.
* Proven ability to negotiate and manage vendor relationships.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Experience with facilities management software and compliance regulations.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Exceptional stakeholder management skills.
