About the Role
The Senior Data Engineer will work in the System Monitoring and Insights team to enable efficient data modelling and reporting through Snowflake pipelines and a secure analytics environment.
* Implement Snowflake data pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into data warehouses.
* Administrate the Secure Analytics Environment (SAE), including security model implementation, user onboarding to Snowflake and AWS SAE, and response to environmental queries.
* Audit and analyse resource and service consumption—costs and user logs—and produce reports and outputs using innovative technology solutions.
* Collaborate with internal and external departments to ensure project objectives are achieved.
About You
* Strong SQL skills for maintaining Snowflake data pipelines and unit testing.
* Experience with AWS Secure Environment, Amazon EC2, Active Directory, and PowerShell.
* Strong technical communication skills for explaining processes and writing documentation.

* Must be an Australian citizen, a permanent resident of Australia, a New Zealand citizen with a current New Zealand Passport, or hold a valid visa permitting work in Australia.
