Supported by a strong referral pipeline from our local real estate and rural teams, you will be the first point of contact for customers—delivering tailored lending solutions across the home loan journey.
Responsibilities
* Analyse client financials to identify suitable lending options
* Liaise with lenders to negotiate favourable terms and conditions
* Prepare loan applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements
* Collaborate with senior management on strategies for business growth
* Participate in training and development programmes to enhance your knowledge and skills
About You
* Demonstrated experience in commercial or residential lending
* Cert IV in Mortgage Broking or Diploma
* Strong understanding of lending products, loan structures, and credit assessment processes
* Accreditation with a recognised industry body (e.g., MFAA, FBAA)
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a natural ability to build rapport
* Proven ability to work effectively in a fast‐paced environment
