About the Role
This is a hands‑on position combining general office administration with bookkeeping support for both the firm and our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing admin duties, client enquiries and appointment scheduling
* Maintaining client records and assisting with onboarding
* Processing bookkeeping work for clients in a timely manner
* Preparing BAS/IAS and supporting documents (depending on experience)
* Assisting accountants with workflow, lodgements and compliance tasks
About You
You'll thrive in this role if you are:
* Experienced in bookkeeping or administration (public practice experience highly regarded)
* Experienced using Microsoft Office Suite
* Confident using accounting software such as Xero, MYOB and/or QuickBooks
* Comfortable learning new systems and processes
* Detail‑focused with strong organisational skills
* A clear communicator who enjoys helping clients
* Able to work independently and as part of a small, collaborative team
* Current driver's licence and police clearance

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $30,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
