The Role As Finance Manager, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, contributing your financial expertise to support strategic decisions and improve overall performance. Key Responsibilities Partner with operations, sales, and leadership teams to align financial goals with business objectives. Lead the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, sharing insights with stakeholders. Establish and maintain robust financial policies, ensuring compliance and accountability across the business. Collaborate with teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve efficiency. Support the leadership team in strategic decision-making through data-driven financial analysis. Manage relationships with auditors, tax advisors, and other external partners. About You We’re looking for someone who is not only technically skilled but also enjoys working as part of a team to achieve shared success. Essential Requirements: Proven experience in a finance role, ideally in logistics, supply chain, or a related industry. CPA/CA/ACCA/CIMA qualification (or equivalent). Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels. A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving skills. Advanced proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems).Experience in fostering collaboration across departments to achieve common goals. Why Join?
