* Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
* Lead, supervise, and motivate retail staff to meet sales targets and maintain high customer service standards
* Maintain optimal stock levels, coordinate inventory management, and liaise with suppliers
* Merchandising and display of products to enhance customer engagement
* Develop and implement promotional strategies to increase foot traffic and sales
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
* Recruit, train, and manage new staff members
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies
* Monitor expenses, margins, and sales performance to ensure profitability and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
* A relevant qualification, preferably in Management, Business Administration, or a related field
* Proven experience in retail management (minimum 1 year preferred)
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* High level of customer service and problem-solving ability
* Experience with inventory control and visual merchandising
