Graduate Lawyer | General Insurance | Brisbane
We are currently seeking a capable Graduate Lawyer to join our leading Brisbane General Insurance team!
Responsibilities
You will take responsibility and ownership over a range of tasks, including but not limited to:
* working on a diverse range of complex litigation and advice matters with a focus on property damage & motor vehicle claims
* developing skills in insurance law and litigation
* regular involvement and direct contact with clients
* appearing in various courts and tribunals
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will have:
* an academic qualification in law, and either completing PLT or having been admitted with a current QLD practising certificate
* experience in litigation
* excellent analytical, drafting and communication (verbal and written) skills, with superior attention to detail
In addition, you will:
* be an enthusiastic and personable lawyer with a passion for client service
* have the ability to work effectively in a team-based environment, as well as autonomously
* have a desire for personal development
