This position is ideal for an ambitious professional looking to take the next step in their career.Key ResponsibilitiesSupporting Effective Asset ManagementAssist in formulating and executing asset strategies to enhance portfolio performance.Prepare and review asset plans, income and expenditure budgets, and financial reports for investors, ensuring accuracy in forecasting and cash flow management.Work alongside the marketing and leasing teams to develop and implement strategic leasing plans, casual leasing income opportunities, and marketing initiatives.Engage with property and leasing teams on asset performance, capital expenditure tracking, and operational improvements.Negotiate and manage service agreements with external providers to ensure cost efficiency while maintaining high asset standards.Conduct financial and operational benchmarking, market research, and performance analysis to drive portfolio growth.Develop and maintain financial models, performing scenario and sensitivity analyses on portfolio returns.Assist in lease negotiations, liaising with tenants and local councils.Support the implementation, review, and monitoring of asset management policies, documentation, and audit procedures.Attend site meetings related to leasing, property management, and capital projects.Collaborate with colleagues across Australia and Asian offices to align asset strategies.About YouMust have tertiary education in property economics (valuations) or similar.We are seeking someone with around two years+ of experience in property, either valuation, advisory or as an analyst.A genuine desire to progress your experience in Asset Management, including development and projects.Must have local experience; we are unable to consider those requiring a work visa.Property Development & GrowthConduct feasibility studies, including market analysis, cost assessment, and concept planning.Assist in contract negotiation, procurement, and management of consultants and contractors.Support the preparation of development briefs, authority approvals, and lease agreements.Monitor financial aspects of developments, including consultant/contractor assessments.Oversee and facilitate CAPEX works, approvals, and execution.Provide general assistance throughout the development lifecycle, from feasibility to project completion and tenant handover.Why Join?$1.5 billion asset portfolio; gain exposure to a leading investment firm.Strong career progression in asset management with hands-on experience.Dynamic growth environment, ideal for an ambitious professional.Collaborative team with exposure to domestic and international markets.This is a rare opportunity for a motivated individual to carve out a successful long-term career in asset management, with ample room for professional development and leadership.Seniority LevelAssociateEmployment TypeFull-timeJob FunctionAnalyst, Consulting, and Finance
