Compas is seeking an ICT Recruitment Account Manager to join our busy and fun team. As a growing company, we are looking for the right person to be part of our success.
We seek someone with experience in both Recruitment and Services opportunities. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of clients, providing first-class talent solutions.
Compas operates across multiple states and territories, serving all IT and related roles. We provide contractors, permanent staff, and consultants to a wide range of government and private sector organizations in Canberra and nationwide.
To be successful, you should have experience in:
Building strong professional relationships with clients
Managing the recruitment process through all stages
Commercial contract management
Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills
Teamwork
Previous ICT recruitment experience is highly regarded
Responsibilities include:
Sourcing and closing new clients through referrals, cold calling, networking, and other means
Generating and pursuing opportunities focused on translation and retention management
Developing and managing the sales pipeline, revenue forecasting, and reporting
Managing customer interactions using the Compas CRM system
Using market knowledge to identify and promote our unique selling propositions
Setting and managing customer expectations and advising on best practices
Generating new business revenue within your territory
Presenting customer proposals
Contract negotiation and management
Supporting the recruitment team in providing top talent to clients
