Job Title: Medical Laboratory Scientist
This is a Medical Laboratory Scientist role where you will be working in a laboratory environment.
* Deliver operational laboratory activities, including the coordination and provision of scientific and technical training.
* Review, develop, and manage laboratory practices to ensure compliance with operational standards and procedures, quality standards, and continual process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:

3. Review, develop, and manage laboratory practices.
Requirements:
* Bachelor Degree or higher in Science/Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent qualification.
* Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the delivery of pathology services relevant to the laboratory.
* Customer focused approach with well-developed interpersonal skills.
* Good oral and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with customers, patients, and clinical and laboratory staff.
