Job Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our healthcare team as a Registered Nurse.
The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in accordance with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia Standards for Practice for Registered Nurses.
* Coordinate and deliver person-centred nursing care to patients with complex medical conditions.
* Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
* Develop and implement individualised care plans that cater to the unique needs of each patient.
* Monitor patient progress, identifying areas for improvement and taking appropriate action.
Requirements:
* Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
* Postgraduate qualifications in a relevant specialty, such as cardiology or critical care.
* Experience working in an acute hospital setting, preferably in a cardiac unit.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
