VMA Promotional Products is a division of VM Group, a family-owned Australian promotional products company established in 2019.
We supply branded promotional products, corporate merchandise and uniforms to businesses across Australia. We are looking for a confident and professional telemarketing specialist to help follow up quotes, reconnect with past customers and close sales.
Key Responsibilities
* Follow up promotional product quotes and assist customers in placing orders
* Contact past customers to generate repeat business
* Build strong relationships with business clients
* Maintain accurate records in Zoho CRM
Update deal stages, notes and follow-up activities
Requirements
* Excellent spoken and written English
* Confident speaking with business owners and decision-makers
* Previous telemarketing, sales, or customer service experience
* Strong organisational skills & high attention to details
* Comfortable using CRM systems (Zoho CRM experience highly regarded)
* Experience in promotional products, branded merchandise, printing, or marketing services
* Experience in B2B sales or lead follow-up
* Experience working with Australian business customers
* Work with an established Australian family-owned company
* Friendly and supportive team environment
