We are seeking a charismatic and proactive individual to be the welcoming face of our store, supporting clients with their signage needs from first enquiry through to project delivery.
About the Role
You will be based at our front desk, assisting customers both in-person and online. Your key responsibilities include:
 * Being the first point of contact for walk-in, phone, and email enquiries.
 * Managing inbox communications, ensuring all client emails are responded to promptly and professionally.
 * Conducting cold calling to build relationships and generate new leads.
 * Compiling and sending accurate quotes using our POS/CRM system.
 * Liaising with designers, clients, and production staff to ensure timely project delivery.
 * Assisting customers with vehicle measurements and basic signage requirements.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will require:
 * Previous signage industry experience (highly desirable, but not essential).
 * A charming, friendly, approachable personality with strong customer focus.
 * Confident and proactive in dealing with enquiries and following up leads.
 * The ability to use a tape measure and accurately measure vehicles or surfaces.
 * Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
 * Competence with computers, email platforms, and CRM systems.
