Our Digital Teaching and Learning (DT&L) unit develops digital teaching and learning resources to improve student outcomes, enhance teacher impact and strengthen school communities across Australia.
The role
We are seeking a confident, proactive and highly organised Project Coordinator who is interested in developing their skills further in coordinating tasks for complex digital projects.
This is a 12 month full time fixed term contract (with possibility for extension).
Key responsibilities
* Assist project managers and program directors in the development of documents such as schedules, plans, budgets, proposals and project status reports
* Facilitate communication between the project team and stakeholders, including the Australian Government, to keep everyone informed about project status and requirements
* Liaise with the project team and contractors, such as photographers and subject matter experts, to keep everyone informed about project status, dates of deliverables and invoices
* Work closely with the marketing and communications team on digital newsletters, social media and other communications
* Closely monitor project progress and schedules and identify potential issues and ensure project deliverables are met
* Prepare and distribute meeting agendas for internal and external meetings
* Upload and manage the content into relevant content management systems (CMS) and / or learning management system (LMS)
* Assist the editorial team with document accessibility
* Manage webinar setup and support across projects within ESA
* Support project teams with scheduling meetings, process documentation, minute-taking, processing of invoices, liaising with external contractors
About you
* You are a highly organised, proactive person, with attention to detail and high-level interpersonal skills
* You have experience working in a project admin/coordinator role on a digital project
* You have familiarity with using CMS or LMS
* You are a quick learner, with ability to work concurrently across a range of tasks and manage conflicting priorities
* You have experience working with online web-conferencing
* You have the ability to successfully manage timelines and project milestones
* Previous experience in the use of Adobe programs such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere and other video and image editing software (intermediate level)
