We are looking for a talented Administration Assistant to join our team based at Perth Airport.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
* Complete supplier invoicing, accounts payable, and safety compliance administration.
* Input time sheets for fortnightly payroll ensure excellent attention to detail.
* Provide administration support for the branch.
* Arrange training and keep accurate records for the branch.
* Ensure adherence to all relevant Health Safety & Environmental policies, procedures, and legislation.
* Maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
* General administration tasks including filing, archiving, data entry and answering incoming calls.
To be successful in this role, you will need the following:
* Excellent attention to detail
* Ability to work autonomously.
* Highly organised and able to plan and prioritise your work.
* Able to effectively operate systems, including Microsoft Office suite (Excel), and the ability to learn new systems.
* Fine-tuned interpersonal skills and the ability to develop relationships with internal and external customers.
