THE ROLE
* Face mapping, sampling, and diamond drill core logging
* Provide geological direction for ore drive development
* Track drilling activities and validate data for modelling
* Perform stope and development reconciliations for reporting
* Mentor junior geologists and contribute to a strong safety culture
WHAT DO I NEED
* Current "C" Class Manual Western Australian driver's licence
* B.Sc. Degree majoring in Geology or related field
* Minimum 2 years' experience within the gold mining industry, with exposure to Underground Production
* Proficient in the software Datamine and Logchief
* Background in Archean Gold mineralisation and Nickel mineralisation (desirable)
* Proficient Microsoft office skills (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Excel)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Highly motivated with the ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively as a team to drive business results
* High attention to detail with ability to analyse and resolve problems
* Work in accordance with the requirements of the mine safety management system
* Build relationships and influence diverse stakeholders
