UFS Healthcare is seeking a Retail Coordinator to join our team at our Bacchus Marsh Village Pharmacy. Your responsibilities will include:
* Foster a positive and motivated team culture while upholding high standards in customer service and operational productivity.
* Champion and communicate the UFS vision, strategy, and core values within the team and across the organisation.
* Deliver an exceptional in-store customer experience through attentive service and expert product knowledge.
* Oversee daily retail operations, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule.
* Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock control and timely replenishment.
* Coordinate team operations including scheduling, supporting staff training and development, and assisting with performance management processes.
Assist the Pharmacy Manager in coordinating and maintaining compliance with the Quality Care Pharmacy Program (QCPP).
What You’ll Need:
* Previous experience in a pharmacy retail environment, with a strong understanding of daily operations and customer service.
* Accredited S2/S3 qualification – SIRCIND002: Support the supply of Pharmacy Medicines and Pharmacist Only Medicines.
* Confident using point-of-sale systems and other retail IT platforms – tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems.
* Team leadership experience – highly regarded, with the ability to guide, motivate, and support others.
