About the role

We have exciting part‐time opportunities available as a Customer Service and Sales Consultant, with flexible hours between 25–30 hours per week. This is a hybrid role, giving you the best of both worlds, working from home and connecting with customers in store. Plus, you'll have the chance to collaborate across nearby stores, supporting our wider team and building connections along the way.

Responsibilities

* Help customers choose the right health cover and services.
* Support them across multiple channels – in‐store, over the phone, online, and in the community.
* Build lasting relationships and trust through personalised conversations.
* Solve everyday challenges and share ideas to improve how we work.

This role includes a flexible rotating roster working Monday to Friday with one Saturday per month. The working hours are between 8 am – 8 pm with maximum 8‐hour shifts (e.g. 9 am – 5 pm or 12 pm – 8 pm).

You will be a part of a geographically based, cross‐functional team, with a shared goal to build stronger community connections, deepen trust, and deliver more personalised support in your area.

What we're looking for

You don't need health insurance experience – we'll teach you that. If you have skills in customer service, sales, health, retail, or community engagement, you could be a great addition to our team.

Qualifications

* Great at building rapport and explaining things clearly.
* Comfortable using technology and learning new systems.
* A team player who is adaptable and proactive.
* Detail‐focused and committed to protecting customer privacy.
