Skills, Experience & Attributes
We're looking for someone to bring their personality, passion, and energy to Ms Frankie. The ideal candidate will possess the following:
* Proficiency in managing a high-performing bar team.
* Demonstrated experience as a Bartender in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
* Must have knowledge of cocktails and spirits.
* Available to work across both venues
* Wine knowledge is advantageous.
* Drive for beverage service and a passion for delivering outstanding service.
* Strong work ethic and a "can-do" attitude.
* Outgoing personality with excellent attention to detail.
* Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
* Must be able and willing to work weekends and public holidays when required.
* Must have a valid RSA certificate.
* Available 20-25 hours a week.
