About Bass Coast Health
On 1 January **** five health services (Kooweerup Regional Health Service, Peninsula Health, Alfred Health, Bass Coast Health and Gippsland Southern Health Service) will come together to create Bayside Health.
A newly merged health service with more than 22,000 employees caring for a community of over 1.2 million Victorians.
The new health service will provide people with the best possible care with services that support them throughout their lives.
The merger will also strengthen our workforce, providing new training, education and career opportunities.
Subject to final approval on 1 January ****, all employees from the five health services will transfer to Bayside Health.

Mandatory Requirements
At least 5 years of post-qualification experience.
Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
Strong communication skills, verbal and written, including a demonstrated customer service and problem-solving approach to dealing with colleagues and clients.
Entitlement to work within Australia.
A Police Check that is current and within 12 months of the issue date.
Provision of valid Working with Children Check.
Provision of an NDIS Worker Screening Check.
Desirable
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team working towards a common objective.
Highly developed analytical and evaluative skills.
Demonstrated organisational ability, including the ability to prioritise and work to deadlines.
Demonstrated understanding of the principles of adult education and experience in developing a targeted educational program.
Proficiency in project management, including planning, delivering, identifying risks and reporting.
Experience in change management, including demonstrated ability to lead others and promote change as a normal and important part of organisational growth.
Ability to resolve complex issues through achieving a common understanding of diverging interests, and mediating conflict situations as necessary.
Understanding of the requirements of the National Framework for Pre-accessional Medical Training (NFPMT).
Good understanding of Postgraduate Medical Accreditation processes.
Experience with using Learning Management Systems.
Understanding of medical staff education and training requirements.
