As a Sales Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
* Delivering exceptional customer experiences for healthcare professionals and pharmacists
* Developing and implementing sales strategies for your territory, monitoring performance metrics, and staying up-to-date with market trends
* Leveraging key opinion leaders to educate customers and promote value-added services that improve patient care
* Fostering strong relationships with customers, identifying opportunities for growth, and providing solutions to address challenges
* Maintaining a deep understanding of the industry, business operations, and product portfolios
* Taking ownership of territory issues and collaborating with stakeholders to find effective solutions
* Ensuring timely completion of administrative tasks and accurate data entry in the CRM system
* Sharing best practices within the team, promoting a positive team culture, and contributing to our overall success
* Driving sales performance by executing our sales and marketing strategy and territory business plan
The minimum requirements for this role are:
* At least 2 years of experience as a GP Sales Representative
* A bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Pharmacy, Business, or Science
* A proven track record of sales success, preferably in a hybrid sales environment
* Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to persuade, negotiate, and influence effectively
* Candidates must be eligible to work in Australia (Australian Citizen or appropriate Visa holder)
