Production Operations Role
This position involves working in a fast-paced production environment, supporting a range of activities and collaborating with colleagues to achieve project goals.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a hands-on or production-based role and be able to safely operate hand and power tools. They will also have strong problem-solving skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Perform work duties as a Production Operator in line with project requirements.
* Provide support to Trades Assistants and Electricians on-site and in the workshop.
* Assist with preparation and delivery of materials required for jobs.
* Safely operate hand and power tools.
* Organise personal workload and prioritise tasks efficiently.
* Take ownership of your own work-related learning and upskilling.
* Participate in toolbox meetings and adhere to all safety protocols.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
* Perform other duties as directed by your supervisor.
Requirements:
* Experience in a hands-on or production-based role (preferred).
* Forklift Ticket.
* Strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
* Ability to use hand and power tools confidently and safely.
* Problem-solving mindset and willingness to take initiative.
