Job Description
Our Port Macquarie Base Hospital clinic is currently seeking a full-time medical receptionist to work Monday to Friday (76 hour fortnights), and available to work 6am to 6pm with rotating weekends and public holidays.

Role Overview
As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
* Greeting patients warmly and assisting with check‐in procedures.
* Answering phone calls promptly and handling inquiries professionally.
* Working autonomously in our Base Hospital clinic.
* Rotating weekends and public holidays shared with other casual staff.
* Reporting directly to the Office Manager.
What We're Looking For
* Clear verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong organisational abilities to manage appointments and patient flow.
* Availability to work weekends and the Christmas Holiday period including Christmas Public Holidays.
* Experience in Medical Reception isn't required; you will receive supportive training to learn our systems and build a foundation of radiology knowledge.
