We are seeking a skilled and flexible individual to join our kitchen team as a Part-time Kitchen Hand/Customer Service staff member. This role will involve working in a fast-paced environment, completing opening procedures, assisting with food preparation, and providing excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities include:
* Completing opening procedures including setting up kitchen, turning on equipment, receiving stock deliveries
* Working in the kitchen over lunch and dinner service
* Completing post-lunch cleaning requirements and restocking for dinner service
* Some customer service and running/dispatching of orders may be required
The ideal candidate will have:
* The ability to handle a busy, fast-paced environment while maintaining high food quality and standards
* The ability to work autonomously
* Excellent organizational skills
* Pride in their own work appearance
* A nationally recognized food safety certificate or the ability to complete the I'm Alert food safety course
This is a part-time position comprising of Monday to Friday shifts between 10:00am - 2:00pm and 5:00pm-9:00pm. Full training is provided so prior experience is not essential.
