Offering easy access to a diverse range of services, the Hub aids clients directly and through referrals to other services. With a specific focus on supporting individuals facing difficulties in accessing homelessness services, including those who may be sleeping rough and those with complex needs, the Hub ensures improved access to housing and support services in Cairns. As a result, people experiencing homelessness benefit from coordinated service delivery which provides easy access to information, referral, and advocacy to meet their needs, as well as assistance with referral to housing and accommodation options and assistance with crisis resolution.
