Wymap People are currently seeking Airline Customer Service staff to support major Airlines at Sydney Airport on a long-term ongoing basis.
**About the role**:
- Supporting day to day activity for domestic flights.
- Working within a rapid faced environment.
- Entering data into required systems to support live reporting.
- Uphold client confidentiality.
**About you**:
- Basic numeric and literacy skills
- Previous data entry experience
- Ability to report information in a timely manner
- Strong customer service skills
- Flexible to work either AM or PM shifts
- Weekend work
- Rotating shifts
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
**Salary**: $28.00 - $31.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Afternoon shift
- Flexible hours
- Morning shift
Supplemental pay types:

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mascot NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Inbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
- Outbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
