University of Sydney
Part time, three days per week, job share, 12 month fixed term opportunity.
Base Salary $103,185 - $111,237 Pro Rata + 17% superannuation.

About the opportunity
We are in a period of exciting transformation and growth within our recruitment team, striving to achieve a contemporary and high-impact service uplift in line with the University's ambitious strategic plan.
As a result, we have a position as a Recruitment Officer, to provide seamless delivery and an exceptional recruitment experience supporting the Faculty of Science and Engineering.
This opportunity is ideal for a highly service focused professional who will embrace and relish the challenges of a high-volume working environment within a large and complex organisation.
Your distinct motivation towards personalised, high-quality candidate and client care is essential in achieving service excellence.
The Recruitment Officer role is suitable for an individual that has experience within internal recruitment function or an external recruitment agency managing end to end recruitment.
Please note that there will be a handover day each week that you will work with your job share partner.
drive the end-to-end recruitment process ensuring quality outcomes for candidates and hiring managers across both academic and professional client bases
manage the candidate experience from application to hiring stage and provide elevated levels of communication throughout
deliver expert and timely advice relating to recruitment policies, selection processes, labour market information and recruitment trends
utilise your highly developed stakeholder management skills towards supporting the management of a complex client base
collaborate with other HR Centres of Expertise and internal stakeholders
creatively attract top talent and build prequalified talent pools through innovative attraction strategies
identify and develop process improvement opportunities to better service your clients and candidates.
About you
We are looking for a recruiter who has:
proactive approach with stakeholders within a large multidisciplinary, complex organisation
keen interest in process improvement and possesses the initiative and creativity to provide an excellent customer and candidate experience alike
strong compliance and data integrity approach
outstanding presentation, communication, and negotiation skills to deliver messaging on a variety of channels to varied audiences
an agile and flexible approach, able to pivot and contribute to overall team success
flexibility in their organisation and planning skills in order to balance competing agendas and demands in a fast paced, time pressured environment.

You must have unrestricted work rights in Australia for the duration of this employment to be eligible to apply.
