About the role
* Provide world-class customer service experience to every customer.
* Continually expand your knowledge of products and become a tea and brewing expert.
* Manage high volumes of stock and undertake visual merchandising to provided standards.
* Take care of your own health and safety and the safety of others by following T2 safety policies and procedures.

* Acts with customer in mind.
* Ready to work in a busy and fast-paced environment.
* Self-motivated and ready to learn.
* Strong communication skills.
* Previous customer service or retail experience advantageous.
