We are currently seeking a Senior Commercial Property Manager to join our fast-growing Real Estate Management Services team in a 12-month secondment role with our highly regarded client, Exceed Capital.
This position, which is located at Eight Mile Plains, will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our client's commercial and retail assets.Key responsibilities in this role will include:Provision of first class service to tenants and the clientMonthly management and financial reports for all propertiesConducting rent reviews and lease expiriesOrganising work orders, and following up on completion of ordered worksQualificationsIn order to succeed in this role, you will demonstrate the following5+ years' experience in the management of commercial assetsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalA commitment to maintaining properties according to legislative requirements and best practiceThe ability to build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clientsCurrent Queensland Real Estate CertificateAdditional InformationWe fosteran environment in which everyone at Colliers feels respected and comfortable bringing their authentic selves to do their best work.
