We are seeking a Customer Engagement Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our customer service unit, you will provide exceptional service and support to customers through phone-based queries.
Your primary responsibility will be to help customers make informed decisions about insurance cover for their needs.
You will deliver efficient general advice and enhance the customer experience through your high level of service.
