Role Overview:
As an Enrolments Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for parents and guardians interested in our childcare services. Your primary responsibility will be to build strong relationships with prospective families, understand their needs and preferences, and guide them through the enrolment process. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will play a pivotal role in showcasing the unique offerings of Mini Masterminds Childcare and ensuring a smooth and positive enrolment experience for families.
Key Responsibilities:
**Parent Consultations**: Conduct consultations with prospective parents, either in-person or virtually, to understand their requirements and introduce them to the benefits of Mini Masterminds Childcare.
**Program Presentation**: Provide detailed information about our childcare programs, curriculum, facilities, and extracurricular activities to prospective families, emphasising the value of our approach to early childhood education.
**Tours and Open Days**: Organise and lead tours of our childcare facilities, showcasing the safe and stimulating learning environment we offer to children.
**Relationship Building**: Maintain ongoing communication with prospective families to address any questions or concerns and keep them engaged with our brand.
**Marketing Collaboration**: Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and implement strategies to attract new families and promote our childcare services within the community.
**Data Management**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospective families and their progress through the enrolment process.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field, preferably in the education or childcare sector.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with parents and children alike.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A genuine passion for early childhood education and childcare.
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, with strong time management skills.
- Proficiency in using relevant computer software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
