Responsibilities Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across key industry sectors (civil, construction Tier 1 & 2, utilities, infrastructure).
Conduct regular customer visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
Act as a key point of contact for major projects, tenders, and supplier agreements.
Resolve issues promptly, working with internal teams to ensure high service levels.
Develop and execute a region sales plan aligned to regional and state growth goals.
Track and analyse sales metrics, ensuring visibility on progress to targets.
Conduct quarterly reviews with top-tier customers to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
Build strong, trusted relationships with customers at all levels—site, procurement, and head office.
Generate leads and drive new business, keep abreast of industry trends, competition, and market conditions
