Ella Bache Chermside is located in the busy Westfield Shopping Centre and has won multiple awards. We pride ourselves on giving our clients the best results they can get by providing them with tailored treatment plans and giving them the best experience every visit. Even though we are a franchise, we are locally owned and have a family dynamic with our team.
The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Casual Beauty Therapist. We are offering up to 25 hours a week which also has the potential to increase hours and turn into a Full-Time position as you build up your clientele if interested.
Ella Bache Chermside offers a full-service menu which includes:
* Facials and Specialised Facial Treatments
* Microdermabrasion
* Microneedling
* LED
* Dermaplaning
* Massages and Body Treatments
* Waxing (Female Intimate, Full Body and Face)
* Tinting
* Lash Lift
* Brow Lamination
* Manicures and Pedicures including Gel Polish
* Spray Tans
However, any extra services you are able to provide is a bonus and we can always add that onto our services menu.
You must have
* Diploma in Beauty Therapy
* Experience in retail sales with excellent customer service and customer care skills
* Experience with Make up, Lash Extensions, Skin Needling and Dermaplaning is an advantage but not essential
* Well Presented
* Self Motivated and a Positive Attitude
* Mature Minded
* Attention to Detail
* Ability to build a loyal clientele
* Ability to work as part of a team
* Ability to work over all our opening hours including late nights (to 9pm Thursday) and also Saturdays
