About the Role:
RACQ Ipswich is seeking a fun, energetic sales and service superstar to join our team. Experience is not necessary, but sales experience and a willingness to learn are desirable. We provide comprehensive training to set you up for success.
As a Retail Consultant, you will create exceptional customer service experiences for our members by delivering tailored solutions across assistance, insurance, and banking products and services.
* Rate of pay at commencement is $34.49 + Super + Penalty Rates
* Temporary Contract through to 3 January 2027
* Rostered hours between 8:30am – 5:15PM, Monday to Friday, and 8:45AM – 1:15PM every second Saturday with a rostered weekday off each fortnight.
About You:
Key qualities include a passion for customer service and helping others. Applicants should thrive in a fast-paced sales environment, adapt to change, build meaningful relationships, and demonstrate a strong work ethic. Eagerness to learn, face-to-face and phone communication skills, and a can-do attitude are essential.
