Customer Service Representative
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to fill a Customer Service Representative role. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process customer orders efficiently and effectively.
* Provide accurate product information and resolve customer complaints.
* Manage customer order progression through internal systems.
* Generate sales revenue through proactive outbound telesales activities.
* Resolve customers' service or billing complaints when able to.
* Provide coverage for the service desk when required.
Requirements:
* Experience in a customer-facing role with excellent communication skills.
* Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
* A strong team work ethic and ability to follow set procedures.
