Clinical Excellence Specialist

You will develop and deliver high-quality clinical content through workshops, seminars, and training to enhance the skills of our clinical staff, graduates, and support staff. This role involves visiting clinics throughout the network, providing coaching and feedback to improve performance. This role is dynamic and through your career you will be involved in projects that will help you grow and develop professionally.
We are seeking a clinician based in SA. This is a unique dual role; the successful candidate will work part-time as a clinical trainer and part-time as a clinician.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Adoption of Clinical Standards: You will play a key role in maintaining and promoting clinical excellence. Specifically, you will champion clinical best practices, processes, and procedures. Consistency in delivery is crucial, and you will work tirelessly to ensure that all training materials and interactions meet these standards.
2. Professional Development: As the Clinical Trainer, you will be accountable for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive training programs. These programs will focus on advanced clinical skills, sales techniques, product knowledge, and equipment proficiency.
3. Sales Growth: Your role goes beyond initial training; in partnership with managers, you will collaborate with clinicians to achieve and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
4. Clinical Mentorship: You will offer expert advice and support via multiple channels regarding clinical best practices, sales techniques, products, equipment, etc.
5. Industry Insights: As the industry expert within the organization, you will stay current with industry trends and developments.
6. Team Collaboration: Effective team collaboration is essential in this role, as you will work collaboratively with key stakeholders.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
• Master of Audiology or equivalent qualification
• At least 5 years of experience as a clinician
• At least 2 years of experience in training and professional development
• Ability to deliver high-quality adult learning training
• Strong leadership skills, setting a positive example through clinical practice
• Advanced problem-solving skills, resolving complex technical issues
• Successful alignment of product offerings with business objectives
• Excellent interpersonal skills, building strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
