Social workers within Hospitals & Primary Care work as vital members of the Allied Health and multidisciplinary team to support comprehensive patient care and service delivery. This role may be used for additional vacancies.

Requirements
Comprehensive knowledge of Social Work theory is required, along with ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
