Join Our Cleaning Team
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our cleaning team as In Room Cleaners. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness in our guest rooms, ensuring a pristine environment for our guests.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain high standards by thoroughly cleaning guest rooms, including making beds with precision, vacuuming floors, and cleaning bathrooms.
* Complete cleaning tasks efficiently within the allocated time frame.
* Utilize specialized cleaning equipment and products provided by us with full training to ensure effective and safe use.
* Build strong relationships with fellow staff members, guests, and contractors to support a positive and productive work environment.
Casual Hourly Rates:
* Monday - Friday: $31.23 per hour
* Saturday: $37.47 per hour
* Sunday: $43.72 per hour
Qualifications and Requirements:
* Prior experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles is highly regarded.
* Physical fitness and stamina, with the ability to handle repetitive tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
* Basic understanding of safe handling and usage of cleaning chemicals and equipment (training will be provided).
* Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with guests, team members, and contractors.
* Positive attitude, team spirit, and a strong work ethic.
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays as required.
