We are seeking a full-time Bakery Production Assistant to support our team of qualified Pastry Chefs and Bakers. This role involves basic food preparation, assisting with ingredient and baking preparation, assisting with product production, stock rotation, goods recieval, and packing of products. hours of work are Monday to Friday 8am to 4.30pm.
Applicants must be Australian citizens or permanent residents.
The position is an ideal starting point for anyone considering a Pastry Chef Apprenticeship at Le Cake.
This role does not require a trade qualification, however previous experience in a similar role within food manufacturing environment would be helpful. This position involves quite strenuous physical activity and will suit fit, active motivated individuals.
Previous experience in food manufacturing or similar production environment is strongly preferred.
