About Our Client:
A leading asset management firm, which was founded here in Melbourne. With a energetic and respected leadership team, the group has an ambitious growth plan that will see it further cement its position and significantly expand its Australian presence.

With an excellent working environment, and amongst a supportive team, this role will suit a motivated and driven individual.

Working as part of a vibrant and dynamic administration function, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Day to day:
Filing, photocopying and general admin tasks where needed
Arranging the purchases of office supplies, furniture, kitchen supplies, etc
Assist the Finance team with entering bill and raising invoices in Xero
Providing general administrative assistance to all departments
Scheduling meetings and managing the office calendar and meeting room bookings
Liaising with the building manager to address cleaning, security, training, repairs, etc
Liaising with external IT and telephone consultants on IT/telephone related issues
Assist Marketing team with branded Goods, printing, sourcing suppliers, etc
Greeting visitors
General housekeeping matters

Key Experience and Skills
Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated emotional maturity and professional integrity
Demonstrates and promotes professional standards of behaviour and presentation
High standards of accuracy & precision, highly organised
Able to follow work instructions and manage time
Demonstrates humility and eagerness to learn
Demonstrates ability to work through and solve problems.
Acts with integrity in communications with internal and external customers
Moderate skills in MS Suite of Products, particularly excel.
Experience using a payroll or accounting software useful (ideally Xero)
