An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Service Advisor to join the Alfa Romeo, Fiat, Polestar, and Leapmotor service team at Barbagallo. This role is ideal for a proactive, self‑motivated professional who can effectively manage quieter periods while focusing on customer retention and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
Your Day Will Consist Of
* Delivering a consistently high level of customer service
* Proactively engaging with customers and identifying opportunities to support the service department
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers
* Answering incoming calls and assisting customers visiting the service department
* Preparing job cards, quotations, and invoices
* Liaising closely with the workshop regarding vehicle repair status and keeping customers informed
* Managing customer concerns in a calm, professional, and solutions‑focused manner
* Maintaining a strong Net Promoter Score
* Ensuring dealership and manufacturer KPIs are met
* Supporting the Service Manager with daily operational and administrative requirements
* Provide support to the broader service team as required
Skills & Experience
* Minimum two years' experience in a Service Advisor role
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Proactive approach with the ability to remain productive during quieter periods
* High level of commitment and a strong work ethic
* Full Australian working rights
