to lead our Work Health & Safety and Wellbeing strategy across a complex, multi‑site organisation with recent acquisitions adding an integration agenda also. This is your chance to shape a culture where we want safety and wellbeing at the heart of everything we do.

What you’ll do Set the vision
– Develop and deliver WHS and Wellbeing strategies that anticipate future trends and create an optimal environment for all. Engage at the highest level
– Partner with the Board, CEO, and C‑Suite to embed positive due diligence and confidence in WHS risk management. Lead with impact
– Build capability, influence stakeholders, and foster a proactive safety culture across the organisation. Drive continuous improvement
– Oversee ISO 45001‑compliant systems, workers compensation performance, and innovative wellbeing programs.
What you’ll bring A seasoned WHS leader with
10+ years in senior management roles. Expertise in WHS legislation, ISO 45001 systems, and workers compensation. Strategic mindset, exceptional communication skills, and proven ability to lead high‑performing teams. Relevant WHS qualifications and membership with the Australian Institute of Health and Safety.
