The Brown and Hurley Group are growing fast and want you to be part of our team in Roma. You’ll play a critical role in the following duties that can include but not limited to:
- Providing exceptional and professional customer service both on the phone and face-to-face in the Service Department
- Book and coordinate jobs
- Data entry
- Provide quotes, invoices and other administrative services as required
- Process all warranty claims and paperwork
- Provide backup administrative services to other departments
About you:
- Previous administration or warranty experience
- Experience in a similar role at a truck, car, machinery or agricultural dealership
- Customer-focused, excellent communicator, team player, problem-solver, solid attention to detail and organisational skills and intermediate computer skills
